Godspell
Faith and fantasy woven together into a tapestry of music and movement
Music and Lyrics by Stephen Schwartz
Book by John-Michael Tebelak
Directed by Vanda Eggington
Godspell is a refreshing yet powerful musical that is fun for the entire family. Gleaning elements from the Gospels of Matthew and Luke, this contemporary adaptation tells the story of Jesus through engaging characters, whacky story reenactments and memorable songs. Godspell is a groundbreaking and unique reflection on the life of Jesus Christ, with a message of kindness, tolerance and love.
"A Hit, A big, big Hit. Godspell believes in God—and people—and possibility."
